How much is delivery?
We have negotiated an extremely competitive courier rate of only $12.00 (per unit) for anywhere in NZ (3-5 day delivery. Allow longer for Rural).

When will the wine be received?
It depends which delivery service you choose. You can have them over night if required.

When I buy your fine wine as a gift, how much extra is it to have it packaged in a gift box?
You will see on the gifting section of our website
The elegant packaging that our fine wines come in. Our prices include the packaging so there are no extra surprise costs.

When sending the wine as a gift, can I have a message sent with them?
YES, We are happy to send a gift card with your message.

Is my information kept private?
We do not pass your information onto any third parties.

How do I pay?
All major credit cards.

Are there any hidden charges that I need to pay?
No! The prices quoted to you are all-inclusive (except freight). When ordering through us, there are no other hidden extras.

What happens if the wine is damaged when it arrives?
Send it back to us for a full replacement.
